  Chestnut have been busy learning shanty songs and performing them in assembly whilst playing the drums to keep a steady beat. The children also took part in their first school sports day. They completed the sprint and a long distance run as well as lots of different activities including football dribbling, javelin and egg and spoon. We have been practicing our number bonds and doubles this week and have looked at the habitats of different animals.
