Roman Day - Autumn Term 2019 - Class 2 Part 2
We marched like an army, sent messages using a Roman code, learnt about Roman music and Latin, ate at a banquet, played being a master and a slave, learnt Roman dance moves, built catapults and had a Roman name.

Customer research, pricing, stock taking, setting out the stall, selling and giving change. Advert research, jingle writing, singing, auditioning, acting, set design, prop making and editing.

A new year started with lots of new topics: Flotsam descriptive writing competition, ocean pollution, eco bricks, protest art and anti-plastic campaigning, Blue peter badges, World Book Day, states of matter, electricity and an enthusiastically expressive recitation of Jabberwocky, by Lewis Carroll. All followed by Science Week in the next film. Our journey at school may have ended a bit unexpectedly, but look how much we did together. What a super class!
