Movie Nights Autumn 2023

Please join the PSA for a showing of Pixar's Elemental (PG) on

15 Nov '23 (Maple & Oak) 
3:15-5:15pm 

 

To secure your child/ren's ticket/s please fill in the permission form below and follow the link to our Just Giving Campaign to make a donation of £7 per child. Each child will be given a goody bag containing popcorn, a drink, and other treats to enjoy while watching the movie. 

 

Please note, we must receive permission slips in advance as we are showing a movie rated PG. 

 

Permission form: Elemental

I (the parent named in the "name" field below) give permission for my child / children (name and class in the "message" field below) to attend the PSA showing of Elemental (rated PG) on Wednesday 8th November 2023 (Chestnut and Birch pupils) or on Wednesday 15th November 2023 (Maple and Oak). Please let us know if your child has any particular dietary requirements.
