"Let all that you do be done in love." 1 Corinthians 16:14
Well, we're nearly at the end of term and what an extraordinary few months we've had! We have really enjoyed reading all your super writing and Maths, loved your artistic creations and were truly impressed with all your fantastic project work!
There won't be any formal learning this week but if you do want something to do, we've added a couple of bits which we also hope to cover in school...
Wishing you all a very well-deserved Summer holiday and we look forward to welcoming you back in September.

We hope that you have all had a restful Easter break and managed to enjoy a bit of sunny weather!
What's new for the coming week?
In English we have a new task under Writing and some new Letter Join activities under Handwriting. In Maths we have a new challenge from Owl, as well as White Rose weekly Maths (under Year 1/2 separately) starting again on Monday 20th April. Next Thursday is St George's Day so we have some ideas for you to try under Projects. We also have a St George reading comprehension to try under English too.
As always, we don't expect you to do everything we put on here but you might find it helpful to complete one area of Maths, writing and reading each day whether that's Mathletics, White Rose, Essential Maths or project, English or Home Journal Writing in English. Key spellings are also useful to practise regularly (perhaps use Letter Join to help with handwriting?). Reading a few minutes everyday to your grown-up is also very important!
Please don't hesitate to contact us via the class email if you need any further assistance or guidance.
Wishing all of Class One a very Happy Easter!
Keep an eye on the learning pages for some eggciting activities...
