This week we have been learning about and celebrating the Chinese Lunar New Year. We learned about the animal race that determined the order of Chinese zodiac animals and we found out what animal year we were born in. We made snakes as 2025 is year of the snake. We also made lanterns and tried Chinese writing. We are beginning to write sentences and in maths we are working on ways to make 5. We continue to look at materials and ways to sort them.
