The children that took part in a netball tournament. They can be very proud of their excellent conduct and were very sporting with the other teams. A wonderful morning for our netball team!
They played four matches in pool 1; drew two and lost two but they were close matches. They then played the losing team from pool 2, which was 0 - 0.
They are very proud of their medals - all in all a good morning!
We are very excited to announce our participation in the 25th annual Hitchin Christmas Tree Festival. Over the coming weeks the children will be creating their decorations ready to adorn our tree. This is the first time our school has taken part, so please show your support by popping down to see our entry and to cast your vote over the weekend of 11th & 12th December.
We are very proud of our school football team, who played with grit and determination in the match against our hosts Ashwell Primary. They showed excellent sportsmanship and great resilience as they represented the school. Well done team & Mr Ryall!

The Community Committee did a wonderful job of leading our anti-bullying assembly this morning. We are looking forward to seeing all of the different poster designs to support ‘one kind word’.
The Well-being committee delivered their first whole school assembly this afternoon as part of Just Talk week. The presentation can be found under the Preston Parliament section of the website.

COP26 has arrived at Preston! Children have enjoyed discussing and questioning environmental issues, using persuasive language in English, as well as carrying out investigations and debates!
