Yes, my child / children will be attending the Mini Marathon on Saturday 20th April 2024

Please add the names of the child/children participating, accompanying adult and a contact number. ONE ADULT PER FAMILY WILL RUN WITH THEIR CHILDREN. IMPORTANT: By completing this form you are accepting full responsibility for your child/ childrens safety and participation in this fundraising event. The school cannot take any responsibility for this event. This fundraiser is organised by the PSA with the support from parents/guardians being responsible for the care of their child/ children whilst taking part in this amazing event.
