We started off our week creating parachutes in our Science lesson to test the effects of gravity. we experimented with a variety of materials including tissue paper and cardboard. We investigated changing the size of the parachute. We tested our parachutes to see how the dropped. This week was also very snowy, we enjoyed our snow day on Monday. We were allowed to play in the snow at breaktime, we made snowmen! In our P.S.H.E we have been discussing how people can stay healthy. This week we looked at smoking and the effects it has on the body, we enjoyed using drama to roleplay different scenarios. Our Friday P.E. lesson focussed on shapes, jumps and using equipment. This lesson was an accumulation of our gymnastics learning this half term.
