Investigating the past - how much do the buildings in our local area tell us about what life was like in the past?
Wednesday 24th November 2021: We finally got to go on our visit to St Albans! We had a great day learning about the Romans in Britain and how they lived.
W/B 13.09.21 - We learnt more about the invasion of the Romans and discussed how powerful they were as we plotted their Empire onto a map using digital maps and atlases.
W/b 6th September 2021: We became members of a Celtic tribe, each taking on a different role. Take a look at some of the Hill forts we designed and mapped out! Whilst we were doing this, we received a message that the Romans were building an empire and are going to invade Britain! Should we fight them or join them?...
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
