Volunteer!

Preston School Association runs many events - large and small - throughout the school year, which simply would not be possible without the help our parent volunteers. If you can lend us some time and expertise - whether for just a few hours occasionally, or on a more regular basis, please contact us using the form at the very bottom of the page. 

Our next big event is Campover on Saturday 9th July 2022 - please have a look through the different volunteering opportunities listed below and let us know if you can help with the setting up or running of the event - all offers of help greatly appreciated, and we will of course endeavour to organise things so that volunteers can also enjoy at least some of the Campover activities. 

We also need volunteers to help prepare and serve refreshments at the Oak Class Performances on 12th and 13th July - please fill in the form if you can donate some time.

PSA volunteers - Campover Saturday July 9th 2022 - Games and stalls

Please sign up here if you can help run one of the games or other stalls. Please indicate any preferences for activities in your message. Activities: Hook a Duck / Coconut Shy / Glitter Tattoos / Design Your Own T-shirt / Shove Ha'Penny slots game / Jolly Jars / Lucky Lollies

PSA volunteers - Campover Saturday July 9th 2022 - Sporting Fun

Please sign up here if you would like to help run some fun sporting activities for kids and adults alike ... we will be having rounders, volleyball, silly races and much more!

PSA volunteers - Campover Saturday July 9th 2022 - Refreshments (Licenced bar, Tuck Shop, Cake Stall)

Please sign up here if you can lend a hand between 1-6pm on Saturday 9th July to set up / run / clear down the refreshment stalls. Can be done in teams / shifts so you also have time to enjoy some of the other Campover activities!

PSA volunteers - Campover Saturday July 9th 2022 - BBQ

Please sign up if you would be willing to help run the BBQ on the day. This will include setting up the BBQ from about 1pm on Saturday 9th July, cooking and serving food between 2-5pm, and clearing down the BBQ stall after. Can be done in shifts / teams so you also have time to enjoy other Campover activities!

PSA volunteers - Campover Saturday July 9th 2022 - Event marshalls, set up, and tidy up

Please sign up here if you can lend a hand 12-3 on Saturday to help set up stalls and marshal guest arrivals, or if you can help with tidying up activities 5-6pm on Saturday or on the morning of Sunday 10th.

If you are staying over at Campover, please consider lending a hand in the evening to help serve the Campers' dinner and film refreshments.

Please let us know if you can help to prepare and serve refreshments at the following Oak Class Performances: Tuesday 12th July from about 1:45pm to 3:15pm OR Wednesday 13th July from about 6pm to 8:15pm
